E2E Test: Auto-Commit Verification on techminds

This is a test article for E2E verification of run-daily.sh P0 fix. The 3-repo independent build+rsync+commit+push pipeline is being tested with 3 sample articles. The pipeline must run without errors and successfully push to all 3 remote bare git repositories. The fix includes dedicated SITE env per repo, individual rsync from each dist, individual commit+push per repo. We expect this to complete in under 2 minutes total wall clock time when run manually.
